1. Booking and Payment

  1. Charter Bookings: All charter bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. To book a charter, you must follow the booking procedure outlined on our website.
  2. Payment: Payment for charters must be made in accordance with the payment terms specified at the time of booking. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website.
  3. Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled charter will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days prior to the scheduled charter will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled charter are non-refundable.
  4. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled charter.

2. Charter Details and Conduct

  1. Charter Types: We offer Inshore Fishing & Sightseeing, Nearshore & Tarpon Fishing, and Private Custom Charters. Details of each charter type, including duration and capacity, are available on our website.
  2. Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible and respectful manner during the charter. We reserve the right to terminate a charter if a guest’s behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive.
  3. Safety: Safety is our top priority. Guests must adhere to all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew. We are not liable for any injuries sustained as a result of failure to follow safety instructions.
  4. Weather Conditions: Charters are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a charter due to inclement weather or unsafe sea conditions. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

3. Intellectual Property

The content, layout, design, data, graphics, and other materials on this website are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from this website without our prior written consent.
